Check your Yahoo webmail for a folder called Sent Items, you'll find the messages sent from your phone there. I don't know how to reconfigure the folders so that there is only one sent folder being updated though.

You can check the same mailbox on the phone that you check in Outlook and you'll see the same mail in both places. Yes you can have multiple accounts from different mail providers in Outlook and it should be fairly evident which goes with which.

If you are trying to make Yahoo mail work with 'outlook' aka the mail app. There are known issues with Yahoo and the outlook app. I actually would suggest using the web browser for the Yahoo mail. There happens to be a an older E-mail MS add on. In the Yahoo mail you will need to check under settings to allow pop mail ect.
